Thought that I needed to spread out a bit more from Deviantart and this seemed to be a viable way to do so. But I can still be found at http://desertfire.deviantart.com/

Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
I just finished watching an almost 3 hour mind blowing movie. It’s called Mr. Nobody and it’s starring Jared Leto. Anyone heard of it or watched it? I just discovered it the other day and it looked good so decided to check it out.
It’s a really good movie. It’s one of those movies that makes you think. It’s not an action movie but what I dub a “psychological thinker”. I LOVED the concept about alternate realities via the choices we make with some science fictional elements like Time thrown in. This was exactly my kind of movie! It’s a movie you really have to sit down and pay attention in and even then you gotta just let the movie take it’s course and know that it’ll mostly tie together in the end. I’d highly recommend this movie for those that like to think and be challenged.
A side note: It was wonderfully filmed and a great cinematography movie. Kinda puts you in the arena of The Fall.
Also earlier today I watched Letters to Juliet. I actually heard of the movie because it was mentioned in another movie: Think like a Man. So I decided to check that out.
It was so cute and romantic!! If that’s up your alley, you’d probably love the movie. Takes place mostly in Italy….so the scenery is GORGEOUS!! Makes me wanna see that place someday.
Kinda weird, ever since yesterday I’ve been in a writing mode but I don’t really have anything in mind to write about for the most part…. Probably because of watching all these good movies is why I feel like writing. :)
Merry Christmas Eve Eve!!
Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and the next day!
Christmas!!!

So what are some of your favorite Christmas movies?
Just about every Christmas I HAVE to watch “The Nuttiest Nutcracker”!!
Now look, I profess, I don’t like pure 3D movies and that’s a whole other conversation but I LOVE this movie!
I think I might have skipped it a year or so ago but I plan to watch it either tonight or tomorrow night!
Another favorite I have to mention….that I might not watch every year but “Disney’s Christmas on Ice—1992”. Yes, we went back there. There aren’t words for this.
I also love Babes in Toyland. I don’t have the DVD but I have seen it. There was a couple of years that it came on TV but I haven’t seen it on any of the stations I own. I might buy it someday.
Madea’s Christmas: The Play is came out, last year or the year before last and I tend to watch that now too. I already rewatched that earlier this month.
So, what are some Christmas movies/TV shows you feel you HAVE to watch just about every Christmas?
What are some of your other fav Christmas movies—honorable mentions as it were?
I love this!! Since I have a Tumblr….I had to put it here too!! Wonderful quote the gets the point and says what I always felt so eloquently.
Thank you!! Someone else who has the same thought process as I do!!
